We are dedicated to helping its clients achieve a high-performance culture by empowering staff to take responsibility for their own work and development. You have the right to request to withdraw your consent from your use of workpal, through your HR department. If your HR department agrees that you are no are longer required to undertake an appraisal in workpal, your data will be deleted.

We will not sell your data to a third party for marketing or other purposes. We will only share your data with appropriate staff in your organisation, or internally within Thirsty Horses to allow us to provide support for your workpal account

The only communications you will receive from workpal are necessary for the operation of the service and are standardised to support your appraisal process, and that of your staff.

The Act gives you the right to access information held about you. Your right of access can be exercised in accordance with the Act. We will deal with all such requests within a reasonable time.
