Formed in 2015 – after being born in the NHS and 6 North West Pilots in partnership with the Greater Manchester Innovation and Education Cluster – workpal is the leading Digital Workforce Performance platform in the NHS.
Those pilots were Independently assessed by Manchaster Metropolitan University which provided vital feedback informed our development roadmap thereafter.
With workpal already reaching Acute, Metal Health, Community and other NHS settings so far across England, today we are the leading light in empowering teams to thrive and drive performance with all staff aligned to the organisations strategy.
